It was an issue with wireplumber. I switched to cachyos so I could try the pipewire-media-session and it fixed it

Why is Bazzite not rolling back the nvidia drivers?
I have disabled dash to panel and using hot edge just to try the default experience in bazzite and it is pretty good, gnome should have this by default makes it much easier to use the overview
