Please answer some questions
Thank you for your answer. I have a few additional questions.
1. does non-zero payment mean that the payment at the end of this month is also eligible and will be reflected in the Hobby Plan?
2. is the $5 per month always billed? Or is it something that will not be required if a free $5 slot is offered?
