Please answer some questions
1. I am currently using the "Developer Plan". When is the appropriate time to switch to the "Hobby Plan"? Also, will the "Hobby Plan" price be applied in addition to the existing fee at the moment of the switch?
2. I saw an article that some people will continue to receive the $5/month free slot, is there any way to check to see if they are eligible for that?
3. If I continue with the "Developer Plan" without changing it, when will it stop? (If possible, please provide the time in Japan.)
Also, is it possible to switch to the Hobby Plan after that?
4. Finally, what is the difference, if any, between a "Developer Plan" and a "Hobby Plan"? Also, please let us know if there are any points to keep in mind when making the switch.

To answer your questions in order
1) the developer plan goes away 100% on August 1. If you don’t switch by then, your services will stop operating.
2) when you select to switch, you will be told if the fee is waived for you. There are criteria in place to determine this. One of which is, have you paid a non-zero bill.
3) was answered along with 1
4) the difference between Hobby and Developer is the name and that it now costs $5/month

1. does non-zero payment mean that the payment at the end of this month is also eligible and will be reflected in the Hobby Plan?
2. is the $5 per month always billed? Or is it something that will not be required if a free $5 slot is offered?
1. it would have to been a non zero payment before july 3rd

The Developer Plan is now the Hobby plan. The last day to be on the Developer Plan is August 1. If you don’t upgrade before then, your services will stop working as you will be moved to the Trial plan.
If I switch now, will I be billed $5/month in addition to my usage at the end of July?
When you switch, you will receive a pop up notification explaining all the information related to your new plan and payments
