Hello, my account was stolen about 1 year ago and I wrote a message to the pubg mobile support channel on reddit. It has been 4 days, but no official responds. Only 1 person answered and that person talked nonsense as in the photo. For those like me whose account was stolen and wrote a message to the support channel from reddit, the admins told them to create a request from the game, but I have already created many requests from the game and all of them were rejected. I really want to play Pubg mobile but I can't play it, please help me anymore, I've been trying to get my account back for days

My account hacked
Hello, my Pubg mobile account was stolen approximately 1 year ago. I applied 3.5-4 months ago to get my account back and my application was accepted.However, the verification code sent to me went to my deleted gmail account and I could not log in to my account even though my application was accepted. After 3 months, I applied again, but my application was not accepted.Later, I made a second application, but my application was not accepted this time.
