Valorant Lost Account Tickets Not Showing up
I have tried to create a ticket but am unable to see the status, because in order to create a lost account ticket, I had to be signed out. After making the ticket, I got a confirmation email to this email, as it is the original creation email for my lost account. When I try to view the ticket on my active tickets, it says I have none active. This is likely because I made the ticket with no email. Yet this means I cannot view the ticket because you cannot make a lost account ticket while signed in, but not being signed in means that I cannot view the ticket either. Do you get an email confirmation after your ticket is viewed, and is it normal for 2+ days response. If I don’t get a response, can I send an email on the original confirmation email?

Help with getting account back
I'm trying to get back into my Valorant account, but have a rather unusual situation. About a year ago, I was trying to get rid of my account and give it to a friend, so I stupidly, used a random email generator and used it as the account email. I then created a new, fresh account to have with the email i previously used on my first account. Now i can make a support ticket and still have access to the original creation email and my riot id and # code, but the issue is that I do not know the random email now associated with the account. How should I try to go about getting my account back?
