Help with getting account back
I'm trying to get back into my Valorant account, but have a rather unusual situation. About a year ago, I was trying to get rid of my account and give it to a friend, so I stupidly, used a random email generator and used it as the account email. I then created a new, fresh account to have with the email i previously used on my first account. Now i can make a support ticket and still have access to the original creation email and my riot id and # code, but the issue is that I do not know the random email now associated with the account. How should I try to go about getting my account back?

@jidat I dont think I can because I dont know my username, only riot id
@jidat also I dont know the current associated email only the original creation one

You can use any email to contact them and explain the situation. They will be in touch for further steps
I did but the issue is i cant access the ticket becuase I created the ticket without an email as it asked, but too see the ticket status I need to sign in
If you can't access the ticket anymore, create another with an email you have control over
but to make the ticket to get account back it requires you to be signed out
You can create a ticket with any email, you don't need to be signed in
this is what happens, i get an email confirmation but when signed into this account it says there are no active tickets
even though this is the account that the ticket creation confirmation was sent to
becuase it sends the ticket to this email becuase in the form it asks the original creation email and I told them I have access
You can communicate with Riot support over email. I believe the reason you don't see it as an active ticket is because you didn't start the ticket logged in. Only when you are logged in can you see tickets you made while logged in
but i cant make the ticket when I am logged in that is the issue, also how can i talk to riot support over email.

Just reply to the confirmation email, this is where you can contact support and where they can contact you about your ticket.
ok I just sent an email to riot support - support at riotgames.com - also I responded to the confirmation email earlier today asking for an update. Looking forward to a response soon!
@Venture I just sent the email, First I got an email from riot saying to submit a ticket, but a moment later I got a confirmation email like I sent in a ticket but I had only sent in the email. hopefully I will get a response
