Allright, so it was probably a weird 'not saving the LOD when flying away' issue. It now shows the beacons in the LOD's. Thanks!

I tried, because ofcourse it's not loaded in. But it just seems to load the beacon out and there's nothing saved in the LODs. Ill try tweaking the horizontal dropoff. Weird because it does work in my singleplayer test world. Thanks for the quick reply!
