Obtain details about the last time you accessed your account and your primary phone's play location history. 📞 3. Provide the date when your account was hacked and check your email for any unauthorized access notifications. Include these dates in your account recovery request. 📅 4. Find your synergy friend information and codes, along with any other account details you can remember. 🔢 5. Be honest and provide as much accurate information as possible to expedite the account recovery process. 🧐 The PUBG Mobile Security Team is highly efficient and professional. My account was hacked on May 10th, 2024, and I am thrilled to have successfully recovered it yesterday. Dear PUBGMOBILE Team, My PUBG account was hacked, and I contacted your customer support team, but unfortunately, I have not received satisfactory assistance. Sadly, my request has not been approved, even though I have provided proof of account ownership from the past five years. I have invested a significant amount of money in my PUBG account, and I sincerely request your understanding and support.
