Crash Report: "Provider com.twelvemonkeys.imageio.stream.BufferedFileImageInputStream not found"

Fresh install of minecraft, happens everytime when worldgen is loading then it will freeze and crash, tested with 2.2.0 and 2.2.1 same result. I can provide the mod list if needed. https://mclo.gs/UUXa5fc
