deploy time taking way too long

hey there, i've deploy but its beyond 15min rn i'm not sure if its stuck in a loop nothing on the logs too. also I've subed to pro that 20$ but I don't see uk in the regions?

railway services aren't triggered wen pushed to github

I'm not sure If I missed something but wen pushed the services aren't being triggered as usual. Even tho I did connect to my repo.

DNS nameservers

Hey, I've tried setting up a domain w hostinger and connecting it to railway brody said to configue it w cloudflare. once I did I tried to deploy my frontend to vercel but wen I configure the domain it says invaid configuration and suggests to add vercel nameservers?

TSL verification/ domain verification

Yoo, I've bought a domain from hostinger, exported the alias yet it says 'issuing tsl certification. on mydns the domain is active in most of the rejions. can anyone look into this
