Default Css is getting loaded on other pages with same code but not on the index page.

i assume its failing to load in the default styling for my site and falling back to the nuxtui styling cuz the tailwind classes are a bunch diff

that element not getting the styling is part of a component btw but it's not getting explicitly styled by me anywhere

^ none of the above helped, i have the default project with nuxt ui pretty much with just the pages and a component
