Blazers as an upgrade
My work attire is mostly casual boots, Chinos and solid color short sleeves, will a blazer be a good addition? I spend 50% of my work out in the sun and I have to attend meetings often.
I've worked in a factory for 15 years, and just recently landed a management job, it's a step up for me. So I won't be wearing Overalls, safety shoes or jeans and uniforms anymore.
