the rewards were given correctly to the members that were the exact level you need for the reward role, but not to the members that were above that

I made the rewards afterwards and clicked that button that should sync the roles for all users but it didn't do that correctly

i wanted to import it from another instance of kiai (in another server) so i clicked export, changed the guild id of every user and exported it using the lurkr bot and the updated file of kiai, all the levels are synced but it only gives roles to people that are that exact level.
the user in the screenshot is level 25 so it gets the role that you get on level 25, but it doesnt get the roles below that because its not those exact levels.
