Figured it out, it was a snow under trees mod causing chunks to stay loaded out of my render distance

Yeah but when I disable DH it’s still loading 17k chunks. It was fine for the first few hours of playing then it got really bad

Ok I don't think it's a DH issue. DH just makes it worse. I've disabled the mod and I'm still getting extremely high server loaded chunks

It drops to around 3050 chunks loaded on the server and then it just rises and rises to about 17k, then drops again to 3050 after about 2 minutes, then it just repeats

Yeah I've always had it on low impact, I turned it to the paid for the whole CPU one to utilise my cores but the only difference was the overloaded message didnt come up

I also keep getting the Distant horizons is overloaded error, I'm not even moving out of a 12 chunk distance so I've got no idea what chunks it's rendering
