Help lol

I don’t know if im stupid or what. I only just recently was able to play java for the first time. Ive played PE my whole life. Im trying to get DH and use my shaders ( SUES) , and, idk how to use them at the same time? DH requires forge, and my shaders require optifine. How do i.. run those at the same time? Can i? Is SUES even compatible with forge OR DH?? Are there any shaders similar that are?? Help pls, im very new to all of this and very confused.
