Not sure what to title this tbh
Version: 1.20.1 papermc
So, rn my server is running towny because it's supposed to be a roleplay server where players can create towns/nations etc to complete common goals, but towny has a steep learning curve that i'm not sure the average person can climb over, so i was thinking of turning to a simpler factions plugin. Since this is going to be part of the core gameplay of my server i'd like to discuss some other options before going through with it.
Ideally i'd also want them to get a daily stipend of resources based on the number of chunks they've claimed, and I'd also like them to be able to capture enemy chunks.

How should I go about trying to find a co-owner to assist me in running a server?
Pretty self explanatory title I think. But yeah i'm starting a faction smp rp server and I dont wanna be running it entirely by myself.

How to dynamically allocate ram?
using paper 1.20.1 and my server is ran in a pterodactyl docker container with 30gb of ram allocated to it, but i know that overallocation can do more harm than good, so i was wondering if i could make it dynamically allocate ram as needed within those 30gb? I know there are some runtime arguments for that but i'm not sure how to make them dynamically allocate ram within said limit.

chunky not loading fast enough?
no one is on my server yet chunky is not making full use of my servers resources, the server has been granted full access to 7 cores and partial access to the eighth via pterodactyl, yet chunky is only ocasionally using 4 and a half and mostly sticking to 2 and a half. I dont wanna be stuck here for hours waiting for it to laoad all chunks within a 50k block radius.

Looking for a modified version of limited lives mod
So, I'm starting a server, and I want people to have limited lives. However, I don't want their health to be permanently reduced. So I'm thinking that maybe it should automatically add a permanant absorbtion effect to counter the health loss. Anyone know of a mod like this or are willing to do this for me?
