I know that i should not be doing it, but i also should not have to do it.
Last time, before i ping, it was ignored for weeks. I really wish i din't have to do it, but when it gets ignored for weeks like last time it's upsetting, especially for a paying customer. And it's probably takes very little time to fix, why not leave a paying customer satisfied so he have nothing to complain?
