I'm also not the one who set it all up, I just got brought on to maintain it, so it's possible something wasn't explained to me correctly

No, it used to work but the router it goes through has a security setting to block machine to machine connections. It had No-IP marked as a trusted site and that worked fine

It's displaying the correct IPv4 address, although I'm unfamiliar with this tool and am unsure if that's all I should be checking with it

Sorry for the delay. No one can connect and the website says
DNS request failed: The domain name referenced in the query does not exist. Port forwarding should be set up correctly unless it is able to just suddenly reset itself21 replies

I didn't say that nor even imply it.
I was thinking that having formatting in my question would make it more palatable and easier to read, which would hopefully expose it better to someone browsing for easy-to-answer posts.
