How di seasons work on your model?
Seasons are caused by changes in day length along with local geology.
For instance it's older in the summer in San Francisco than the Winter.
It snows in the dead of summer in Tazmania.

saying a 24 hour sun is impossible on a flat earth would be intellectually DISHONEST.
Not seeing a 24 hour Sun won't falsfy the globe and the converse can't falsfy a flat earth.
Why ?
Because what the sun does and the earth's shape is , is an INFERENCE.

your question is incoherent. the figure of the earth has nothing to do with science. science is based on EXPERIMENTS to determine the cause of phenomena.
The figure of the earth is geometry.
Measurement of it's flat surface tell us it's flat.
