It looks like the bot also fails to use emojis in this server on other messages as well so is probably a syntax problem

Ran troubleshoot when I noticed it malfunctioning again today and checked all the perms but everything is as it was when it was working

Discord's automod is used to block the Players role from being pinged in all channels but one, where only people with Hosts role can type. Hosts do not have the permission to ping all roles, nor do any channel override perms give that
