Buying a wool coat from an 'unknown' brand

I'm very close to pulling the trigger on buying this overcoat from this Korean fashion brand I stumbled after seeing an ad on Instagram. However, I'm very anxious about the fit and worried about potentially returning it since their website says nothing about return process. I am really interested in the coat but I am scared of purchasing it since its quite a lot of money. Looking for an alternative to Oree Derbies

https://www.oreenyc.com/product-page/morgan-infantry-lace-up-derby I like that they are chunky, big heeled, and Vibram soled. However, I cannot front the +$400 price tag. I would prefer a pebble letter or just normal leather (not this shiny leather) but I'm flexible. Is this price too high or given that it's ethically made with good construction, it is to be expected? Any tips or a discussion on the shoe would be appreciated

Minimalist Wardrobe Thoughts: What would you include?

So I am trying to cut down my wardrobe for a move to Northern Japan and have to leave behind some clothes. I've narrowed my wardrobe to the following which I thought would be enough for a couple of outfits. Here are my choices but I wanted to know what would MFA pick? 4 Outerwear: Black J+ Parka, Uniqlo Green Bomber, Blue Denim Jacket, Schnayderman Black Collared Jacket. 3 Sweaters: Gray Wool Sweater, Black BEAMS Hoodie, Gray Reigning Champ Hoodie 4 Pants: Black Jeans, Blue Jeans, Black Tech Pants, Black Wool Pants, 8 Shirts: 4 White Shirts, 4 Black Shirts 3 Other Tops: Longsleeves in Gray, Dark Gray, Green 4 Shoes: Black Redback Boots, Black Gazelles, Black Chelsea, Salomon XT6

quality of items from No Maintenance New York?

Looking to get a jacket from them as I quite like the cut of their garments. However I'm worried about the quality. I understand it's not a Buyitforlife deal but I just want to make sure im not buying a jacket that's no better than a Uniqlo. https://nomaintenance.us/ Items don't have a description on the composition of materials so I'm a little concerned about that.

Shopping in Japan

I will be going to Japan on January and I was wondering if there are any good brands/flagship stores I should be checking out. I'm travelling from Osaka - Tokyo So far I'm planning to go to Kapital, EG, Goldwin and Comoli. And maybe some thrift stores in Shimokitazawa Also, If anyone has any recommendations for cool spots, please let me know. Im looking for a good shoe/boot store as well if anyone knows one.

SSENSE SALE

Wondering if SSENSE marks up their prices during their sales which is a common sale tactic. I saw some vans old Skool selling at a sale price of $83 but original price is $115. I know vans are only $90 regularly so I wonder if this is same practice for other brands in SSENSE?
