AFK Kicked
This might be a noob question, but when I go afk on my server, it kicks me and in the console it says "Timed Out". How do I make it so I don't get kicked for being afk?

PebbleHost randomly shutting down server
Sometimes, at random, PebbleHost decides to randomly shutdown the server with no warning. Is their anything I can do to fix this? Do I need to upgrade my server?

DDoS protections broke some plugins
When I got DDoS protection (TCPShield from PebbleHost) It broke some of my plugins, the plugins it broke are ProtocolLib, InteractiveChat (And the DiscordSRV extension) and HMCWraps.

Voting Delay
Whenever a player votes on the server, there is a 10 second delay before the vote actually goes to the Minecraft server. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Disabling End Dimension
I'm trying to disable the end on my server but I am still able to access it.
I disabled
allow-end in bukkit.yml but it did nothing
