Disabling End Dimension
I'm trying to disable the end on my server but I am still able to access it.
I disabled
allow-end in bukkit.yml but it did nothing

You could technically disallow the opening of the end portal

do you have essentials antibuild?
no I can download it
well i assume you have essentials and all that stuff, once you have that, you can go in config.yml of Essentials and go down to the Antibuild section
After that, you can just disable the right clicking of eye of enders
