Alright so I took a look an internally it does seem that Kiai reset your servers XP, it just didn't tell you the reset finished.
Can you try running the reset xp-only command again and then when you get the error message immediately try to run the import and see if it lets you.

Your server settings say that a user should get 10 XP for every minute spent in voice chat, so 4417 minutes times 10 is 44 170 XP

Hi @shum. Our records show the user has 4417 minutes of voice XP, which it seems is how he got the XP. This means he has spent 4417 in a Voice Channel unmuted and undeafened
