Does anyone know how I can disable /fly in specific regions and during combat?
I want to make it so /fly is disabled and toggled off while in combat and in specific regions.

I'm currently using the SilkSpawner plugin and its duplicating spawners every time I mine it
Is there any way to fix this? I'm an OP in my own server and it keeps duplicating the spawners every time it's mined
