I now also see the 22:35 update from your screenshot when I do a whois.
I'm not sure about making a ticket now that it's reflecting a real date. But, that was very interesting.

I changed the NS servers, but cloudflare didn't notice it.

Need help creating email address on custom domain
In your Cloudflare account, find the Website/domain name. Then on the lefthand toolbar, you will see "Email" then go to "Email Routing"

Email Routing
You'll have deliverability issues until DKIM, SPF is setup correctly for the outbound delivery of your domain. And you generally won't get that using the "SMTP/IMAP" workaround unless that host has proper DKIM for your domain.

Email Routing
Cloudflare email routing is inbound routing to a destination mailbox. It doesn't include the mailbox nor does it cover outbound delivery from your custom domain.
