Overworld: .minecraft/saves/WORLD_NAME/data/DistantHorizons.sqlite
Deleting this didn't fix the issue post-starlight removal, BUT I probably simply did it wrong, since I re-created my world(it was only a few minutes old), and the problem appears to be gone.
