i buggered the install
yes that's what I thought too, about a month ago, and was gonna do a fresh install anyway so I didn't signal it, and now even with the fresh windows11 (was on 11 before too) and the new integration in HA it seems it still doing it

Just one thing is amiss: the new media player integration does not update the title and picture of the media being played

Thank you for your kind reply. I managed to get everything working. After the pic from above happened I went into the mqtt server and deleted the listening words from before
