When not to run jobs?
I am a bit unclear on some of the jobs and when they should and should not be run.
first the migration job, do I need to run this?
second, if and when there are metadata or thumbnails missing or incorrect I should run either of those jobs?
Is there any reason I shouldn't run any of these jobs?

Can I remove files from upload directory?
What will happen if I remove files that have been in the upload directory for some time (weeks).
I noticed that the files seem to be corrupted, like only half the image will load (or the video will not play at all). I also noticed that a lot of files are quite large (by my library standard) 1gb+. Which led me to think that some sort of network problem may have stopped them from uploading correctly? Will any missing files be uploaded automatically from mobile devices? or do I need to identify the files and try to upload them manually?

Large shared video buffering a lot
I am running on the latest version, I shared a 2gb video from web. Users complained about the buffering making the video unwatchable. I am wondering if this is an immich issue or server upload speed/other platform issue. I looked on github and here and didn't immediately find anything like this.

Sharing 1.8GB video from android never seems to finish 'preparing'
Pixel4 Android version immich 1.71, the video is a 'shared' asset from a partners assets.
How long should it take to prepare a video file this size?
