"Up to date" capture the flag minigame plugin?

How is it possible to create a sub proxy with velocity?
Hi all!
Its my first time trying to setup a proper Minecraft network structure.
I've messed around with a single velocity proxy (which works great).
Cant seem to find out how to create a sub proxy behind the main one.
Like I got a main proxy (for pvp sizs servers) with a sub proxy behind it. (for minigame servers)
How do big minecraft server networks handle multiple proxyies?
What do I need to do to make it work?
