It may not even be mod related at all. Think about what changed just before the crashes started. Did you add any new mods? Did you build anything new? Did you visit new areas?

You need to use the same mods on client and server, so it's better to keep them on the same profile

Your server is on the 'default' profile, which does have it. Your client is on the 'mod' profile

@AndreAquila is it possible this mod would be fine on dedicated servers with the RequiredOnRemote flag set to false?

It can't, but inventory slots are stored in your save file so you can modify them in a safe editor like SCIM, or there may be compatible similar mods on ficsit.app - if you scroll down you can see if a server build is present.

MoarFactory hasn't been updated for years, so doesn't work with the current version of the game. Uninstall it and you should be able to use other mods
