Can I use new database tech with railway?

Hi I don't know if anyone know SurrealDB but I am looking for a good way to host SurrealDB on railway. Is is possible to host a unique database on railway because there is no surrealDB option when I tried to create new database at the create new database section Should I create empty service for it? or any advice?
