I have asked customer service 5 times over the past few months and they never wrote back once?
i have encountered many problems onone is the gillie suit I downloaded is not anywhere at all I have asked over and over with no reply also
I just encountered a huge bug the emergency bag
After looting for 10 minutes and collect tickers cashing them in and packed up opened the pack the balloon went up the button came up to hook up , i cliped in , the button saying to attach went away when i clipped in i also watched her attaching it , ...when the plane came to pick me up it ripped the hook out of my harness now pubg how am I supposed to trust that it will work for mme And my squad when it behind the bubble dididn't pick me up ? Then after raging watching the fn plane flying away i started running nothing no boats no bikes i swwam across the lake made it just in time to use a med kit i had a few started running found a truck after using two more med kits and took off driving and using bandages i had half life and 8 more bandages watching the meter as i drove im 1im15 30 ft from the edge half life Appling bandbandages had plenty after all that I'm killed off . Things Ike this is why I left 5 years ago the lagging is just as bad as it was I'm really really trying to give itit pubg another chance I am trying but you guys are making it very hard i had to find this to get some answer because to top it all off customer service won't read my mail return my email smfh pupubg is wasting my time something I never will get back
