Is it possible to run templateDeploy in a single environment?

I noticed when i run templateDeploy or create a redis service from the dashboard it creates in all the environment i have which i know is the expected behaviour, but is it possible to create a db in a single environment.

Template Deploy API

Im having some issue with templateDeploy API, i cant seem to understand which attributes to specify to create one via gql, it works on the dashbaord but i just get "Problem processing request" via gql, im trying to setup a redis service
