Please give me advice on interpreting Spark report
Hello, I am running average of 8 player server

Fabric 1.20.1
Ryzen 7 5700X, DDR4 8GB
Cobblemon, Create, Farmer's Delight
simulation distance is set to 3
view distance is set to 6
The server is suffering from low TPS and I am desperately trying to fix the problem.
Looking at the spark report, Summary says there are total of 35 active chunks, whereas graph says there are more than 16000 active chunks.
GOML is reported to eat up 61% of the thread. I ran a test drive without the mod but I couldn't notice a boost in performance.
1. How many chunks is normal (or adequate) for 8 player? Am I on average or having too much?
2. Am I missing something on comprehending the report?
