Hello so I have made a few posts regarding my false permanent suspension for using "third party software" and i have been trying to find a solution. Well I think i may have found what could of caused this and i was looking for your guys opinions. Ive talked to gamerdoc and he said it wasnt even an issue with the anti cheat or vanguard but it was that i was using an exploit which seemed very vague to me. Anyways what i think flagged my account was because of my older version of windows and not having secure boot enabled. What do u guys think? Also I have sent tickets to riot support but havent gotten any response. Thank you guys for everything

permanent suspension from using exploits?
Hello everyone, so I made a post earlier about my permanent suspension because of third party software. I recently got to talk to one of the vanguard devs and they checked my account saying Valorant detected I was using exploits that didn’t go against the anti cheat or vanguard. Does anyone know what kind of exploits this means because it has me pretty confused. I’ve sent tickets to riot and have been very patient so I’m still waiting for that. If anyone has any advice for me or anyone that can help in this situation I would be truly appreciative. The help I have received has been amazing and I hope this situation gets resolved. Again thank u to anyone that responds and I hope no one has to go through a situation like this 🙂

permanent suspension from “third party software”
Hello everyone I’m just making this post to ask for advice on what I can do to life a suspension from my account. I haven’t done any type of cheating or anything on val or any game for that matter. I sent in a ticket but I’m just curious if anyone has came to a resolution from the same experience
