If you cannot use a certificate (HTTPS), add the following environment variable to your .env file:

the new update ... has now supports an env variable called NON_SECURED = TRUE , this shall help you .
Other alternative is that maybe caddy is nor creating a letsencrypt cert , and its auto signed by caddy . In this case you need caddy to have a valid cert and not a self signed
Postiz could not work only on secured servers, only https / localhost.
This is because we used secured cookies are available only to the server.
That resulted in many support questions and people who can't run Postiz.
Now you can pass a new env variable called NOT_SECURED=true. This will allow you to run Postiz on a nonsecured server.
We recommend everybody work on a secured server, but we can understand if you can't.

You don’t need to create a virtual machine for this to work ( although I’ll recommend it )
If you don’t need a machine just follow instructions starting at the docker install
It’s basically copy and paste

hmm I think you should remove the :5000 on this lines
MAIN_URL: "http://localhost:5000"
FRONTEND_URL: "http://localhost:5000"
NEXT_PUBLIC_BACKEND_URL: "http://localhost:5000/api"
and maybe even change the url to 127.0.0.1
