not getting verification emails
our clients are saying they dont get verification emails, it used to work perfectly yesterday. are the servers down?

Hey guys, 1% of our SaaS users get "Your connection is not private"
it happens when they visit the website, sign up and add the verification code, then they get redirected to the homepage which then they get this error.

once in a while some customers get NET.::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID error from kinde, why is that? and how to fix it
