Hey guys, 1% of our SaaS users get "Your connection is not private"
it happens when they visit the website, sign up and add the verification code, then they get redirected to the homepage which then they get this error.

You could try and force Cloudflare to issue a new edge certificate by disabling Universal SSL and then enabling it again under SSL/TLS > Edge Certificates. This will issue a new one certificate under a random Certificate Authority.
I've found that older devices or those which aren't up to date don't like the certificates from Let's Encrypt.
Cloudflare also uses Google & Sectigo (Comodo) which have better compatibility.
i did that, cloudflare still used lets encrypt tho
It's random as to which you get, but you can use the Advanced Certificate Manager (it's a paid add-on) to get the exact one you want.
You can do it by going to SSL/TLS > Edge Certificates then select "Order Advanced Certificate".
