DH 2.04 Not working at all
New thread to avoid Confusion.
I have tried to Run it on 2 Servers with different mods, Without Mods aswell as in SP and All the things suggested to do didnt help it. I cant get it to work
Im using Bliss shaders and Tried without.

No LODs on Forge ( Works in Fabric)
I switched my instances to a forge one for testing and DH Latest version doesnt generate LODs at all. Just default MC
