Limiting resources

Can I limit the resources of my project? Like using x amount at maximum RAM and CPU for more stable using and princing of dev. I am interested of using more static pricing; but I dont see how to config that.

Error installing dependencies Node JS

Hello, I´ve recently joined railway; thanks for this application. I have an error deploying my app installing dependencies for my node js app. I suppose my libraries are too old, but I dont understand why its an error and not a warning.
