A few questions about developer plan

1) Can i connect my external domain to this hosting when i buy developer plan? 2) "Credit-based subscription" mean that i can deposit $5 and when my wallet funds will be 0 then server will turn off without withdrawing money from my bank account?

Payment: Hello is there way to set hard limit for monthly payment for a hosting?

Im scared of overlimit the used resources and get high bill. And my second question is, when i switch my plan to developer i gonna still getting free 5$ every month?
