I guess, we‘ll also look at other options. But I would tend to a dedicated server.
I‘ll still leave this question open for a bit, as there may be someone, who can give a few more details about why the issue occurs.

Yeah, I‘ve read about reliability issues…
What host would you recommend? I‘m quite happy with Bloom, but there are also more price competitive options like Hetzner.
