Did I understand correctly that if I enter a world that is initially loaded, LODs will be generated quickly enough?

i know, sorry for this very bad screenshot). I saw the video when farplane two generates lods of whole world and i thought that DH can do this. Can you in future realise the lod behaviour based on minecraft seed map (just biome drawing like on cubiomes viewer https://github.com/Cubitect/cubiomes-viewer)
