Also interesting is that the menu lags only if the minecraft window is in focus

Lagging in menu
i hvave very simillar issue, but mine cursor is fine, just the game itself is extremly laggy only in menu (inventory, chat). Nothing fixed this issue, i tried iris on multiple versions, even switched from sodium to neoforge, still the same.
