Why isn't DH actually generating any LOD chunks in singleplayer?
There are hundreds of potential reasons why it doesn't work as expected. I'm not affiliated with the mod team but could you give some more info?

DH settings change without my input
Also no LODs are rendered after a settings change but I know that's a known issue
