iris crashes when i open inventory
If you are using Continuity together with Iris, disabling emissive textures in Continuity settings fixed it for me. It’s not a solution, but it’s at least a temporary workaround.

Also, the crashes persist even if the glint effect is removed via deleting the files or using the "no glint" mod.

The problem appears to only crop up on some resource packs. Notably, the one I'm experiencing it with is Alacrity.

The game will consistently crash when you open your inventory with a 'glint item' in your hand. Having glint items in your inventory without holding one in your hand doesn't seem to cause a crash and you can open your inventory normally. The moment you move the item from your inventory to your hand, it crashes.

Hey all, just wanted to add that I'm having this issue as well and after extensive testing it is limited to all items that have the glint effect applied to them (enchated items, end crystal). Any news on if the problem has been found?
