Workers for Platforms Not Provisioned After Payment
Unfortunately, I’m not able to troubleshoot the error using the documentation, as I didn’t capture the exact error message — it was just a brief pop-up right after I completed the purchase. Since then, the dashboard has just been prompting me to buy the service again.
The main reason I posted here in Discord is because I haven’t heard anything back from support, and this issue is really blocking me from launching my MVP. I completely understand that billing isn’t something the community can help with, but I was hoping to get some visibility or help moving things along.
Would you be able to ping the support team internally to help speed up the process?
