Workers for Platforms Not Provisioned After Payment
I’m reaching out because I purchased Workers for Platforms last Saturday, and was billed $25, but the service still hasn’t been activated. Right after completing the purchase, I received an Internal Server Error, and ever since, the dashboard just prompts me to purchase the service again — as if the original transaction never happened.
It’s been 4 days now, and I haven’t received any updates. I submitted a support ticket through the support center, but haven’t heard back yet. My ticket number is 01460052.
I’d really appreciate it if someone could look into this or help escalate the issue. Let me know if you need any additional info from me.
