Workers for Platforms Not Provisioned After Payment

I’m reaching out because I purchased Workers for Platforms last Saturday, and was billed $25, but the service still hasn’t been activated. Right after completing the purchase, I received an Internal Server Error, and ever since, the dashboard just prompts me to purchase the service again — as if the original transaction never happened. It’s been 4 days now, and I haven’t received any updates. I submitted a support ticket through the support center, but haven’t heard back yet. My ticket number is 01460052. I’d really appreciate it if someone could look into this or help escalate the issue. Let me know if you need any additional info from me.

Unfortunately, I’m not able to troubleshoot the error using the documentation, as I didn’t capture the exact error message — it was just a brief pop-up right after I completed the purchase. Since then, the dashboard has just been prompting me to buy the service again. The main reason I posted here in Discord is because I haven’t heard anything back from support, and this issue is really blocking me from launching my MVP. I completely understand that billing isn’t something the community can help with, but I was hoping to get some visibility or help moving things along. Would you be able to ping the support team internally to help speed up the process? Thanks again for your time — I really appreciate it.
